Dr. Parinaz Naseri is a technical specialist, educator, and consultant specializing in RF systems, antenna design, electromagnetics, and hardware integration for real-world applications. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and over a decade of experience spanning academia, industry R&D, and technology leadership, she founded Wavelayer Consulting to help bridge the gap between high-frequency design theory and practical systems that work reliably in the field.
